Brooke became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2015 and has since held roles as a senior behavior analyst and clinical director, providing services across in-home, clinic-based, community, and school collaboration settings. She also served as an adjunct professor at James Madison University, teaching coursework in behavioral intervention and ethics.
Throughout her career, Brooke has remained dedicated to supporting staff, clients, and families in achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes. She is passionate about high-quality clinical practice, leadership development, and building systems that lead to sustainable, impactful progress and results.
Tess earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Radford University before completing her Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Texas State University. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with various ABA organizations and contributed to the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TxABA).
Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020, Tess has supported individuals ranging from 18 months to 24 years old, offering services across a wide variety of support needs and behavioral intensities. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and fostering meaningful growth for the clients and families she serves.
Katelyn serves as the Assistant Clinic Director at ABC Behavior’s Warrenton location and brings more than six years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), along with over 15 years of experience working with children in a variety of professional and extracurricular settings. In her current role, Katelyn provides clinical support to clients and their families while also supporting the ABC Behavior team and fostering a collaborative, positive clinic environment.
Katelyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2019 and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Shenandoah University in 2022. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2025 and began her career as a BCBA working primarily in early intervention with children under the age of five in Wisconsin.
After returning to Virginia, Katelyn joined ABC Behavior, where she has worked with clients ranging in age from 3 to 13 years old. Her clinical experience includes designing, implementing, and supporting individualized behavior-change programs across both clinic and home settings. She is committed to using evidence-based practices to promote meaningful outcomes for clients while partnering closely with families and treatment teams.
As a leader, Katelyn is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care and creating an environment where clients, families, and staff feel supported and valued. She strives to foster a positive and collaborative culture within ABC Behavior while helping both clients and team members grow and succeed.
Annie began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2012 through Fairfax County’s Therapeutic Recreation Camp, where she gained experience supporting children and adults with special needs and continued volunteering and working with the program through 2016.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Special Education in 2016 before beginning her professional ABA career as a Behavior Technician and later becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Annie gained experience working with children ages 3–17 in both in-home and clinic-based settings while accumulating supervised experience toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a BCBA.
Since becoming a BCBA, Annie has continued providing services to children ages 3–17 in both in-home and clinic settings, as well as outpatient ABA services. Her approach focuses on applying the science and principles of ABA through individualized, evidence-based interventions that support communication, skill development, independence, and meaningful progress.
Annie is passionate about collaborating with families and treatment teams to provide compassionate, practical, and individualized services that promote positive outcomes and improved quality of life.
Sam Fultz is the Director of Talent Acquisition at ABC Behavior, where he focuses on connecting mission-driven individuals with meaningful roles that support families and their communities. With five years of recruiting experience - including three dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis - Sam values building teams that are both compassionate and committed to high-quality client care.
Christian Maddox is a seasoned business development leader, currently serving as the COO of ABC Behavior. Christian collaborates closely with our Clinical Directors to expand and enhance ABA services across Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and brings 11 years of experience in managing a multi-million dollar business with hundreds of employees. Christian’s strategic vision and leadership continue to drive significant growth and excellence within ABC Behavior.
