Brooke Fay

Regional Clinical Director - ABC Behavior

Brooke currently serves as the Regional Director of ABC Behavior and the Director of Clinical Consulting for Hi-5 ABA. She brings over 18 years of experience in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), beginning her career as a high school special education teacher after earning both her B.S. and M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Maryland.

Brooke became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2015 and has since held roles as a senior behavior analyst and clinical director, providing services across in-home, clinic-based, community, and school collaboration settings. She also served as an adjunct professor at James Madison University, teaching coursework in behavioral intervention and ethics.

Throughout her career, Brooke has remained dedicated to supporting staff, clients, and families in achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes. She is passionate about high-quality clinical practice, leadership development, and building systems that lead to sustainable, impactful progress and results.  

Tess McCormick

Assistant Clinical Director - ABC Behavior, Warrenton

Tess serves as the Assistant Clinic Director at the Warrenton location and brings 10 years of dedicated experience supporting children, young adults, and families within the autism community. Her career began in local government in Southwest Virginia, where she worked as a case manager supporting families of children with a wide range of disabilities. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which she later pursued while living in Austin, Texas.

Tess earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Radford University before completing her Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Texas State University. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with various ABA organizations and contributed to the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TxABA).

Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020, Tess has supported individuals ranging from 18 months to 24 years old, offering services across a wide variety of support needs and behavioral intensities. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and fostering meaningful growth for the clients and families she serves.

Andrew McKillip, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director – ABC Behavior, Fairfax

Andrew serves as the Clinical Director at ABC Behavior’s Fairfax location, bringing both leadership and clinical expertise to the team. He holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University, giving him a strong foundation in behavioral science and evidence-based intervention.Andrew began his journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 while working in a special education classroom, where he quickly found his passion for the field. Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), he has designed and implemented individualized behavior plans across school, clinic, and home settings—always with a focus on making a meaningful and lasting impact.

Annie Maddox

Director of Community Relations

Annie Maddox is the Director of Community Relations at ABC Behavior, where she bridges the gap between new families and lasting community partnerships. With over 10 years of experience in community-facing roles, Annie believes that every great partnership begins with a personal relationship built on trust and care. She works closely with local organizations, schools, and service providers to create a strong network of support for ABC families, and she plays a key role in welcoming newcomers to the clinic. What Annie loves most about working at ABC is being part of a team that celebrates meaningful milestones—like first words or first jobs—and having the opportunity to help families feel seen, supported, and surrounded by a caring community. Anayeli Gómez

Assistant Administrator

Anayeli serves as the Assistant Administrator at ABC Behavior, where she supports day-to-day administrative tasks and provides valuable assistance to both the team and the families we serve. She brings experience from previous roles in the mental and behavioral health field, where she focused on streamlining office operations and offering strong team support. Ana is often on the front lines—ready to answer your calls, respond to your questions, and help guide you through the process of getting started with ABC Behavior. What Ana enjoys most about working at ABC Behavior is being part of a company so deeply committed to delivering high-quality care and helping individuals achieve meaningful progress in their treatment.

Sam Fultz

Director of Talent Acquisition

Sam Fultz is the Director of Talent Acquisition at ABC Behavior, where he focuses on connecting mission-driven individuals with meaningful roles that support families and their communities. With five years of recruiting experience - including three dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis - Sam values building teams that are both compassionate and committed to high-quality client care.

David Maddox

J.D., CEO

David Maddox is our co-founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, since Hi-5 ABA, Inc.’s inception in 2018. Mr. Maddox has served as President and Director for our affiliate, ABC Behavior, since its founding in 2014 and for the corporation of which it is a division, Cornerstone Missions, Inc., which he founded in 2003. Mr. Maddox is also a founder, Director, and CEO of our affiliate, Hi-5 Processing, Inc., since its inception in 2018.

Christian Maddox

BS, COO

Christian Maddox is a seasoned business development leader, currently serving as the COO of ABC Behavior. Christian collaborates closely with our Clinical Directors to expand and enhance ABA services across Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and brings 11 years of experience in managing a multi-million dollar business with hundreds of employees. Christian’s strategic vision and leadership continue to drive significant growth and excellence within ABC Behavior.
